Return Policy

Unhappy with your Coaster Daddy® purchase? No worries. Here's a quick overview of our return policy:

Return Window: You have 21 days from delivery to initiate a return

Refunds: We'll process your refund within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned coaster(s). Original shipping cost is not refundable.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it's our mistake or a defective item (please send pics to jeff@coasterdaddy.com)

Conditions: Coasters must be unused (or very lightly used – we get it; you kind of need to use it to see if it works for you) and in original condition

How to Return:

1. Contact us at jeff@coasterdaddy.com with your order number and reason

2. Once approved, follow our return instructions (will be sent via email)

It's $3.00 for up to 2 Coaster Daddy® coasters. If you're buying more than 2, contact us and we'll give you a coupon code for free shipping :)

Yes. We send 2% of profit to charities that support water conservation. We let our buyers decide which charity gets the proceeds by asking them to vote. Our current candidates are:
